There is no useful generator quotation without a clear scope. Include the model or target category, destination market, application, estimated quantity, electrical requirement and customization request.
Ask the supplier to separate sample conditions, unit pricing, packaging, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, inspection and available documents. If the model is not finalized, ask for a shortlist rather than a generic catalogue price.
A clear inquiry lets both sides identify missing information early and reduces revisions later in the project.
