OEM and private label

Generator OEM and private-label project review

Start with a generator model and a written change list: electrical version, labels, packaging and required documents. Agree the sample, artwork and order checkpoints for that configuration.

Project-specific confirmation

Requested options are review topics, not catalogue-wide promises. Feasibility, MOQ, lead time, documents and commercial terms are confirmed for the selected model, quantity and market.

Workflow overview

Production and fulfillment stages in context

These AI-edited workflow illustrations show the sequence from sheet-metal processing and assembly through process review, packing preparation and container loading. They are reference context, not photographs or evidence of BEAR production, inspection, packing, loading or capacity. The exact production and fulfillment scope is confirmed for each order.

Review scope

Define the project before discussing customization

Each topic below is checked against a named base model. This keeps the quotation tied to a real configuration instead of a generic OEM promise.

01

Base model

Review
A named base model and the differences requested from its current specification.
Send
Model link, load list, rated-output requirement, fuel and duty schedule.
02

Electrical setup

Review
One electrical version with voltage, frequency, phase, starting method and outlet layout.
Send
Destination country, equipment nameplates and the required connection standard.
03

Product identity

Review
Logo locations, product labels and colour requests for the selected housing.
Send
Vector artwork, label text and languages, colour references and the approval contact.
04

Packing materials

Review
Carton artwork, shipping marks, inserts, manuals and the packed-unit identification.
Send
Artwork files, required languages, handling route and packing instructions.
05

Documents

Review
The documents required for the named model and destination market.
Send
Document names, required model coverage and any buyer or importer review deadline.
06

Commercial scope

Review
Sample, artwork and specification checkpoints with the production quantity and quotation scope.
Send
Sample quantity, order estimate, target delivery date and items requiring written approval.

Base-model directory

Start from the closest generator family

Use a product family to narrow the conversation. The final specification still comes from the selected model, datasheet, nameplate and approved order configuration.

Project workflow

Five checkpoints from shortlist to quotation

The sequence is a planning framework. Approval steps and timing are confirmed for the exact project rather than assumed from a generic process.

  1. 01

    Shortlist a base model

Record the base-model link and its current electrical version. List each requested change beside the original specification.

  2. 02

    Define the requirement

Send one brief containing the load, market, electrical version, quantity, artwork and target timing.

  3. 03

    Review the requested scope

Review the requested changes item by item and identify which require a sample, drawing, artwork or document check.

  4. 04

    Confirm approval checkpoints

Agree who approves the specification, panel, labels, carton and sample, and which versions the production order must reference.

  5. 05

    Prepare the quotation

Keep the agreed model, change list, inclusion list, document versions, commercial terms and timing together in the written offer.

Configuration references

Use reference sheets to mark the requirement

These supplier-provided sheets can help identify a panel, outlet, mobility, transfer or display requirement. They are not a statement that every option is available on every model.

Commercial basis

The same order terms apply to OEM projects

Branding and packaging change the quotation, not the way orders are confirmed. Stock units, price basis, lead time, samples and factory visits follow the terms below; the written quotation for your project controls the final scope.

OEM FAQ

Questions to settle before quotation

These answers define the review boundary. Send a named model and market for a project-specific answer.

Send your project brief
What can be reviewed for an OEM or private-label project?

The review can cover the base model, electrical setup, requested product identity, labels, packing materials and required documents. Availability is confirmed for the exact model, quantity and destination market.

Is there a fixed MOQ for every generator model?

No catalogue-wide MOQ is published. Standard units confirmed in stock can ship from one unit; the MOQ for a branded or customized production run is confirmed in the quotation after the model, requested changes and packing requirements are reviewed.

Can I get a sample before committing to an OEM order?

Yes. A sample unit in the intended configuration can be arranged. Its exact specification, branding state, cost and timing are agreed in writing before payment, so the production order can be compared against it.

Can we visit or audit the factory?

Factory visits and audits are accepted by prior arrangement. Send the intended date, scope and visitor details with your inquiry so the visit can be scheduled and the relevant documents prepared.

How is the OEM lead time confirmed?

Timing depends on the selected model, quantity, requested changes, approval checkpoints and current order conditions. The applicable lead time is confirmed in the project quotation.

Are the same documents available for every destination market?

The document list is checked for the exact model and destination market. Send the required document names and importer requirements, then confirm the named model, issuing party, scope and validity before the order.

What should I send for the first review?

Send the destination market, application, electrical requirements, preferred models, estimated quantity, branding or packing needs, required documents and target timing.

Next step

Turn your requirement into a model-level review
